D1 IRON BY INNOVACAR IRON REMOVER AND FERROUS DECONTAMINANT FOR RIMS, PAINT AND CAR WINDOWS

D1 Iron by Innovacar is a ferrous decontaminant that removes iron particles from rims, car windows and bodywork. Its formulation can intercept and dissolve ferrous residue in a gentle and non-aggressive way for the vehicle and the treated surfaces.

The main features of this product are:

• Ferrous decontamination: combats ferrous residue caused by the brake pads, rail dust, air pollution and acid rain.
• Neutral pH: its composition has a gentle pH and does not damage the bodywork, plastic parts and windows.
• Gel formula: it is in a highly concentrated format to adhere more and work better on vertical surfaces.
• Colour change: when the product comes into contact with the iron particles it changes colour to purple and that is how to visually understand when the product is being effective.
• Can also be used on painted brake calipers: the product does not alter the original color of the calipers.

• Remove ferrous particles which risk oxidising and damaging the bodywork over time.
• Prepare the bodywork, windows and rims as best as possible, eliminating residue that could compromise the polishing effect and the duration of the coating or protective products.
• Remove any rust spots on the bodywork.

How to eliminate iron and rust on the rims:

1. We recommend spraying the product on the rims before washing – in case of significant contamination, you can use a brush.
2. Leave the product on for 2 - 5 minutes until the product reacts and changes colour to purple.
3. In case of significant contamination, and for a long-lasting effect, we recommend wetting the surface to restore life to the product and prevent it from drying excessively.
4. Rinse with plenty of water.
5. It is then possible to decontaminate the bodywork.

How to decontaminate the bodywork and the windows:

1. We recommend diluting 1:1 to improve the application.
2. Spray the product on the bodywork and on the windows, in case of significant contamination, apply with a brush or a mitt.
3. Leave the product on for 2 - 5 minutes until the product reacts and changes colour to purple.
4. In case of significant contamination, and for a long-lasting effect, we recommend wetting the surface to restore life to the product and prevent it from drying excessively.
5. Rinse with plenty of water.

For rust or severe contamination: use the product undiluted.

To treat surfaces contaminated with iron particles only: the recommended dilution ranges from 1:1 to 1:2, i.e. use 500 ml to 350 ml of product and fill the remaining part with water (500 ml - 650 ml) to obtain 1 L of ready-for-use solution.

Precautions: do not allow the product to dry and do not apply it in the sun or on hot surfaces.
